What is the difference between missed port and missed cruise departure?

Missed Port: If your cruise does not port at certain docks during your trip due to adverse weather restrictions or mechanical break-down, Silver and Gold Cruise policy^ customers will be reimbursed up to the amount shown in the table of benefits in the PDS.

Missed Cruise Departure: If you missed the scheduled departure of your pre-booked cruise from Australia due to reasons detailed on page 25 of the Cruise travel insurance PDS, Silver and Gold Cruise travel insurance policyholders will be paid up to the amount shown in the Table of benefits. You will be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary additional accommodation and travelling expenses incurred after you leave your home address in Australia, that are over and above what you had originally budgeted to pay and are needed to continue with your original itinerary.
